Hello!😄
|
friends and people who read my
blog, for days not published a post like this but really had not found a song
that inspires me to write, but all that changed when I heard for the first time
a beautiful song called "Why Try To Change Me now "which has
a pretty cool and sad lyrics at the same time, I think it is a combination of
melancholy and fond memories of those days when you used to feel good, like any
good song has different versions made by different singers throughout The years
and each version has different vocal performances and different rhythms but not
too far from the meaning of the beautiful song which if you have not heard I
recommend them enough since it is the perfect song to listen to on a sad and
lonely night.

Frank Sinatra "Why Try To Change Me Now" - Original Version
"Why Try to Change Me
Now," written by Cy Coleman and Joseph Allan McCarthy, was Frank Sinatra's
final recording for Columbia Records, ending a 9-year relationship. Recorded
on September 17, 1952 at Columbia's Thirtieth St. studio in New York City, and
arranged and directed by Percy Faith, it was released as a 78 and 45 RPM
single. It can be found on CD at The Voice - The Columbia Years 1943-1952 and
The Columbia Years 1943 - 1952 The Complete Recordings. Recorded at a low
point in his career, he perfectly captures his emotions at that moment. Sinatra
had been under a lot of pressure from Mitch Miller, the head of the Columbia
Artists and Repertoires Division to record footage Sinatra deemed
inappropriate, resulting in his departure from Columbia. This jewel was
Sinatra's shot. He would record it again in 1959 with Gordon Jenkins for
the No One Cares LP on Capitol.
I think it is the best version and interpretation of this song since the
voice and the piano are amazing and when you listen to this version you simply
fall in love.
FIONA APPLE - Why Try To Change Me Spanish Subtitles - Woman Version
The perfect version in voice and sound made by a woman, comes from the
hand of Fiona Apple, in this interpretation we can find that his unique voice
changes and creates an atmosphere of peace that fits perfectly with the sound
of the piano, I think the rhythm Slow and smooth makes this one of my favorite
versions within all of this is just great. I think there would not have
been a better woman than Fiona to play this song.
Why Try To Change Me Now ?, Bob Dylan, Royal Albert Hall, London 21st October 2015 - Live Version
Bob Dylan - Why Try to Change Me Now (cover from "SHADOWS IN THE NIGHT") Internet Version by Federico Borluzzi
Coming with the latest version I found of this song which is different
to other versions of the song I mean that the interpretation and sound are
different to the first version made by Frank, but what I like most of this
version is the voice Of the singer and the music and sound he achieves without
the piano is an interesting version which we should listen to.
All the versions I present comply with the voice and interpretation but
I have to overvalue Fiona Apple and Frank Sinatra, which stand out with these
versions that more than make a genre great song with perfect interpretation,
also have to take into account new versions like The one of Bob Dylan and
Federico Borluzzi which excel and are distinguished for being very different
from the original version.
